My name is Adeline Cumings, a 24 year old baking obessed individual living in the windy metropolis of Wellington, New Zealand. I am the daughter of a picky chef (aren’t all chef’s picky?) and a socialite, sister to two talented sisters and a wife to a tall handsome man.
If there were two things i could take with me to a desert island it would be my husband of course (he is reading this) and my OVEN. You just never know what treats you could whip up, maybe i’m dreaming about a tropical island instead??
To be honest with you, i’ve never been a great fan of blogging and bloggers in general. Until one day i stumbled across the ‘Pioneer Womans’ food blog, and this just opened my eyes to the world of food blogging. I realised that i could actually combine my love for desserts and socialising into a…. food blog!!! This was the answer to my prayers!
My blog is all about food especially baked food and to break it down even more- DESSERTS!!! Here you will find my experiments, my highs and lows and really my love for all things sugary and creamy, and soft, and goey, and sweet, and chocolatey, and and..you get my point, anything dessert really!
I am hopeless at taking photos, and to be even more honest, i hate photos of me. The one thing i do love about cameras though is that they capture FOOD especially desserts really well. So well it just makes my mouth water just staring at the glossy pages of delectable calories. I want some right now…so to make your mouth water like mine do, where possible i will wipe off the dust from my camera and shoot, shoot pictures of my desserts that is.
